How do I return an item?
Step 1: Contact us at hello@lemonlua.com.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery that has been tried on.
The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
