Necklace is  35+5cm, 14 karat gold plated sterling silver with white zirconia stones.

Please note: During December, shipping might be longer.

Our processing time is 2-4 workdays.

For Denmark orders we use DAO whom delivers within 2-4 days.

For Europe, please allow up to 7 days.

International orders can take up to 5-10 days.

Opening hours for pickup at our Copenhagen location (Østerbrogade):

10-17.30 MON-SAT (Sometimes our pickup point closes at 15.30).

Return policy

How do I return an item? 

Step 1: Contact us at hello@lemonlua.com.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery that has been tried on. 

The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
